Our client was founded in 1894 as a book printing manufactory in the Berlin suburb of Oranienburg and has evolved over the decades into an established corporate group that handles the entire cross-media value chain in magazine and catalog production. Today, the group generates an annual revenue of approximately 25 million euros with around 150 employees.

We are currently seeking a Sales Manager Sheetfed Printing (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

 Your Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of effective sales strategies
  • Acquisition of new customers
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients
  • Integration of digital tools and technologies into the sales process
  • Organizational and disciplinary leadership as well as the development of the sales team consisting of ten employees
  • Further development of existing marketing concepts

 Your Profile

  • Completed degree in the field of printing industry or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in sales, preferably in a leadership position
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the products/services of a full-service sheetfed and/or roll printing company
  • Excellent communication skills and negotiation prowess
  • Experience with CRM software and digital sales tools
  • Leadership personality with the ability to lead teams and develop employees
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent in German and English
