CEO
He has been advising companies in the media and printing industry since 1987 and is one of the leading management consultants in the field. Prior to that, he spent 13 years in various management positions in sales and marketing at Agfa-Gevaert AG, Graphic Division, Leverkusen/Antwerp.
Dr. Johannes Warther
Partner
He has been part of the Apenberg & Partner team since November 2016. He studied Economics at LMU Munich and then focused on Strategic Management at the University of Bath, UK.
Lydia Behrens
Senior Consultant
combines many years of hands-on operational experience in the German printing industry and has held senior positions at renowned companies such as Aumüller Druck, Onlineprinters GmbH and FLYERALARM GmbH, where she was responsible for key operational and customer-focused functions.
Reimer Wittstock
Senior Consultant
He is a trained offset printer and holds a degree in Communication Technology/Printing Engineering. Since 2007, he has been working as a freelance consultant for Apenberg & Partner, specializing in technology and production-related strategy projects.
Yorck Wittkuhn
Consultant
He has been a member of the Apenberg & Partner team since July 2021. In February 2021, he completed his diploma in Business Administration at the University of Greifswald.
Anna-Lena Pölitz
HR Consultant
She has been a member of the Apenberg & Partner team since November 2021. After completing her Master’s degree in Business Psychology, she has been working as an HR Consultant for recruitment consulting at Apenberg & Partner since 2024.
Fritz Wassner
Consultant
has been part of the Apenberg & Partner team since July 2025. He studied Industrial Engineering at NORDAKADEMIE and subsequently focused on General Management while working.
Martin Cichy
Analyst
He holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Economic Research and Statistics and has been working as a Print Business Analyst for Apenberg & Partner since 2012, contributing to corporate strategy and M&A projects.
Kristin Buth

Since August 2024, she has been serving as Executive Assistant and Office Manager, acting as the first point of contact at Apenberg & Partner. She connects callers with the appropriate contact person and is happy to assist with inquiries as well as the provision of informational materials. In addition, she is responsible for the areas of press relations and marketing.
