FAQ
How long does a typical search assignment take?
Most positions are filled within three months, measured from the initial briefing to contract signing. For highly confidential or particularly complex searches, such as C-level appointments, the process may take longer. We communicate timelines transparently throughout the project.
Can we still work with you even if the current position holder is still with the company?
Yes. Confidentiality is a standard part of our process. Research and direct candidate outreach are conducted discreetly, ensuring that the search remains confidential within the market.
What happens if the placement does not work out?
We continue to support the onboarding process for up to 12 months after contract signing. Should the placement fail during this period, we will conduct a replacement search in accordance with our agreement.
Which positions do you typically fill?
We regularly place Managing Directors, Heads of Sales, Heads of Production, Commercial Directors, Department Heads, Supervisory Board Members, and Advisory Board Members within printing, packaging, and print media companies ranging from 50 to 300 employees.
