Anna-Lena Pölitz

has been a member of the Apenberg & Partner team since November 2021. After completing her Master’s degree in Business Psychology, she has been working as an HR Consultant for recruitment consulting at Apenberg & Partner since 2024.

With her academic focus on strategic and operational human resource management, as well as in vocational aptitude diagnostics and organizational psychology, she possesses the relevant theoretical expertise, which she has already applied and deepened in previous roles as an HR Consultant. While studying, she also completed training as a systemic coach and specialized in the application of artificial intelligence in recruitment for her Master’s thesis, which she presented at the CARF conference in 2023.
