Anna-Lena Pölitz

has been a member of the Apenberg & Partner team since 2021. After completing her Master’s degree in Business Psychology in 2023, she has been working as an HR Consultant.

She is an expert in strategic and operational human resource management as well as in aptitude diagnostics and organizational psychology. Alongside her studies, she completed training as a systemic coach and focused her Master’s thesis on the application of artificial intelligence in personnel selection.
