There’s No Wrong Time to Exchange Ideas with Industry Experts

Anyone reading our current forecast for the development of the printing industry in 2025 will quickly understand: 2025 will not be the year of economic recovery (Click here for the white paper). It’s a time to consolidate resources – perhaps even tighten the belt. Definitely no time for strategy consultants, you might think.

We see it a little differently. Inspired by the North German proverb, “There’s no bad weather, only the wrong clothing,” we firmly believe: There’s no wrong time to exchange ideas with industry experts – only questions that are better or less suitable.

What is clear, however, is that few entrepreneurs currently have the resources (whether in terms of time, energy, or possibly even finances) to start and, most importantly, complete a fundamentally valuable strategic process.

Nevertheless, challenging times present a tremendous opportunity. Those who perform just a little better than their direct competition during a recession almost always gain a significant advantage during the inevitable recovery. Use this time of challenges to move your business forward with proven solutions.

Two specific suggestions from our side:

  1. Evaluate your sales process: How effective is it, and how intelligently are you using modern tools to boost sales?
  2. Question the three most important core processes of your business: Is the approach lean, well-thought-out, and scalable? How much potential for improvement exists?
